I haven't updated my journal since Animethon, cause I didn't want my hard work typing up that wall of text to go to waste. But i guess it's about time I should. It's been like 2 months already

Hah actually, I'm still gonna rant about some Animethon things in this journal. Its not my fault though D: It was only my second anime convention, and I can't help but still feel the aftereffects of them after...2 months.

---I just remembered!---

During the 3 hour drive to Edmonton from Calgary, we were watching cars passing by us, to see if they'd notice us, and how strange looking we were in our costumes. Yeah so we had a few "normal" people stare at us, and we just waved back.

BUT SUDDENLY =O

There was this one car where a guy noticed us, and started to tell the other 4 people in their car something. We kept watching them, and all of a sudden, one of them waves a Naruto Konoha headband at us O.O

There was a moment of silence where we were all O.o wtf!? Lol then we all just started laughing, and I held up my Kusanagi. And we all made silent gestures to the other car to show how coincidentally funny it was to find them.

Moral of the story: No matter how much you say and rant about how you hate Naruto (the anime), you KNOW that it's the universal symbol for anime >.> You can't defy your knowledge >(

Well, I probably won't, but if i get the chance to go to the Bellrose Anime Festival in St. Albert this Saturday, I'll be wearing my Sasuke cosplay again...since its the only cosplay i have. soz im hoping they allow me to have mine there

----Sword/other cosplay prop commissions?----

Umm...so my friend suggested that I should do wooden sword commissions for people, seeing as how my own sword turned out pretty good. So's now, I guess I will =< . If you're interested in sword, or some other kind of cosplay prop commission, send me a note and I'll see if I can make it ^^

...Not that any people will find me on this incredibly lonely DA page, but if you are, or know someone that would be...well then I'd be happy to see if I can do anything (and some harmless advertising would be appreciated )

Lol I guarantee it'll be pretty cheap too, compared to some other commissioners >.< Since I'm a complete n00b at this and all...
